Preparing for installation

A parallel scheme involves inserting directly into a straight pipe or connecting an additional straight section, i.e., jumpers (if the integrity of the water pipe is broken earlier). The combined system provides a stopcock in this additional piece of pipe (Figure 2).
The bridge (bypass) is made of a pipe with a diameter equal to the diameter of the supply water pipe, the length equal to the length of the pipe rupture. Threads are cut at the ends of the bypass. Connection to the water pipe is carried out with the help of a threaded coupling-tee, the free outlet of which is designed to connect the pipe of the heated towel rail. If necessary, the bypass is connected to the pipe via a ball valve.

After mounting the jumper, the heated towel rail is mounted on the brackets and fixed in them. Then a direct connection to the water supply is made. At the inlet end of the dryer a check valve is wound. Then, with the help of connecting fittings (straight or angled adapter), the input and output of the device are connected in a tee with a water pipe and a jumper.
At the same time, the connection of the inlet pipe is carried out through the shut-off valve, which ensures independent activation (deactivation) of the towel dryer. At the other end of the device, the Mayevsky valve is installed via the coupling-tee. The dryer tube is passed through the horizontal holes of the tee, and the Mayevsky valve is mounted on the vertical terminal through the adapter, which is fixed by the union nut.

First of all, the installation and connection of a new device must take into account the features of laying water pipes and do not create obstacles for the flow of water.

The hot water stream in the heated towel rail must be directed from the top down. Adjustment of shut-off valves (especially ball valves) must be carried out smoothly, without effort.
